Kerry just organised Martin to replace 3 panes that had clouded. Joe's work was excellent, very quick and smooth. Kerry's organisation was excellent. I contacted platinum Glazing to get a price for two jobs. The man arrived at the agreed time, and he was very friendly and helpful.We were given a price we were very happy with, and the work was done straight away. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with the whole experience.The work was actually being done at my elderly mothers house, and the man was really friendly and immediately put my Mum at ease.I would definitely recommend them to anyone, it is refreshing to deal with people who do exactly what they say they will, dont invent extra work and, give straightforward honest advice and that you can feel completely comfortable to have on your home.

Outstanding and quick response to my email on a Sunday and Martin came out the next day to repair door and window locks. Work was professionally carried out and costs were reasonable. Martin was a pleasure to have in your house. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I read reviews for Platinum Glazing and thought they seemed too good to be true, but having been let down by another company we asked to replace a number of failed (misted) double glazed units, I contacted Platinum. Kerry responded to say that Martin woul be round in a couple of days to measure up for a quote. We needed the windows to be replaced promptly, as we are redecorating a bedroom and needed the window replacement to fit in with the plan. A very reasonable quote was issued the same day and we were quoted a couple of weeks for glass to arrive after accepting it. Kerry confirmed the glass arrived in two weeks and Martin and colleague arrived the next week to fit, as agreed.Martin and colleague were always polite and helpful. Overall a very impressive company. Thank you.
